Capital appeals feasibility studies
A typical feasibility study might look like the below:
Scoping of project and agreed outcomes and deliverables.
Full review of past performance and benchmarking against identified market comparators - typically we look over a five-year basis.
Review of Case for Support/Appeal Proposition.
Interviews with internal stakeholders to evaluate organisational readiness for an appeal – interviews not only evaluate buy-in (most senior team members and Trustees buy-in to the idea) but crucially organisational understanding of the implications of a major appeal and roles and responsibility that non-fundraising functions and Trustees would have in success.
Interviews with donors/high value volunteers – this can include a testing of proposition if you feel you are at the stage to do this.
A typical project sees us interview around 14 respondents.
Recommendations and possible financial scenarios.
Socialisation of our report internally/externally if required.
New market entry feasibility studies
