Why AAW?
AAW brings together strategic consultancy and executive search to help charities develop their strategy, grow income and find the leaders to deliver it. Founded by sector leaders Tobin Aldrich, Imogen Ward and the late Mark Astarita OBE, we combine decades of experience leading charities with specialist expertise across fundraising, marketing, communications, data and digital.
Since 2016, we’ve helped charities of all sizes across the UK and internationally tackle complex challenges, from shaping organisational strategy to appointing senior leaders. Our approach is grounded in practical experience of running charities, giving us a clear understanding of what organisations need and how to make change happen.
