Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum.

The RAF Benevolent Fund, the RAF's leading welfare charity, is seeking a Head of Corporate and Community Fundraising to secure, exceed and develop significant funding through strategy creation and implementation.

The RAF Benevolent Fund is a charity with a proud tradition of looking after its own. It is there for all serving and former members of the RAF, as well as their partners and dependent children.

This role will achieve ambitious fundraising targets and will advise on and implement strategies for the Corporate and Community Fundraising teams. It will develop and manage high value corporate partners and lead on the generation of income and ‘in-kind’ services from corporate partnerships. It will also be responsible for leading on new business development and the effective account management of existing partnerships, offering excellent standards of customer care.

You will have a demonstrable track record of successful, impressive results where targets have been exceeded or met alongside significant experience of corporate fundraising. You will be highly strategic in your thinking and planning and will have strong people management and leadership skills. You will have the ability to positively influence stakeholders at all levels and will combine strong communication skills with personal credibility.
