Why register with Astarita, Aldrich and Ward?
We work with a wide range of charities and socially concerned businesses from the largest to the niche to help them find talented people for senior leadership roles.
Our years of working in leadership roles in fundraising and marketing in the voluntary sector means we understand both the needs of our clients and our candidates. Our extensive network of contacts and the fact that we are so well-known and well-respected in the sector makes AAW the first choice for leading charities and not for profits, and we have recruited for some of the best and most exciting jobs in the field. Not all our clients advertise publicly the roles they have available.
AAW support our candidates by offering a full interview coaching service. This service incorporates a face to face/webcam/telephone (whichever is most convenient) mock interview. In our coaching sessions we develop a strategy, specifically tailored to the candidate, their unique needs and to the post being applied for. Candidates are allocated their own, personal coach – our in-house Search Lead Anton Packheiser to discuss real interview questions, how to avoid cliché and to really make the desired impact when handling standard and intricate questions.
This is available to candidates at both first and second interview stage. Feedback from candidates that have utilised this service has been exceptionally positive.
Note that AAW also run an additional Coaching Programme for any professionals looking for support in their career for CV and interview techniques at a reduced cost of £400+VAT. If you are looking for guidance on your career or advice for a specific role, more details can be found here.
AAW support the aims of the #NonGraduatesWelcome campaign for charities to be clear about the skills, abilities, knowledge and experience required to be successful in a role, looking beyond formal qualifications, to help jobs within the charity sector become more accessible and inclusive.
