Meet Our Team
AAW Audience is made up of creative and innovative fundraising and communication professionals with a track record of raising over £500 million for not-for-profits.
Richard has over 22 years’ experience in the charity sector and is a former Director of Fundraising at Mencap, Head of Individual Giving at Marie Curie and Head of Individual Giving at Age Concern. Richard has worked with organisations such as Barnardos, British Heart Foundation, Blood Cancer UK, NSPCC, The Home Office, Terrence Higgins Trust, Refuge and ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. He also founded and ran Pathfinder Fundraising, a creative fundraising agency for four years.
George is a highly dedicated fundraising and marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience working with over 100 clients in her time as MD at direct marketing agency TW CAT before establishing Audience, the well-respected South-Coast fundraising and communications agency. Working to develop strategies, products, budget and forecast income, plan acquisition, analyse and analyse again and develop inspiring creative propositions, in her roles George has time and time again exceeded her clients’ targets.
Breige has been working in fundraising since 2001 specialising in Individual Giving and is an Account Director at Audience which has a strong presence in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Breige has worked in organisations in Ireland and the UK, including Concern Worldwide and GOAL and has a particular understanding of the nuances of the Irish market. Breige ensures that projects and campaigns are managed smoothly and delivered on time and within budget.
Emma joined Audience back in January 2017, having worked for a F2F agency some years prior. In her role as Account Manager she works with a range of clients, assisting with the day to day set up and management of campaigns, as well as her involvement in initial concepts and planning. Emma thrives off problem solving and following a campaign from ideas generation all the way through to campaign review and analysis. Emma successfully completed a Diploma in Fundraising with the IOF back in 2018 and gained invaluable insight to the fundraising world. Using this knowledge, Emma assists with important decision making in order to successfully execute all projects and appeals.
Louise is a graphic and web designer with over sixteen years’ studio experience. Having worked both agency side and in-house she has a broad and varied skillset including print, illustration and web design. Her past projects include DM packs, brochures, packaging, illustration, logos and complete business branding. She is also an experienced web designer with coding skills in HTML and CSS. Louise prides herself on ensuring the client’s brand look and feel is consistent across media, whilst injecting it with her own creative flair.
As Account Executive, Kara supports campaigns on a daily basis, working closely with clients on both on and offline direct marketing activity. Kara has a keen interest and high level of knowledge in all things digital and plays a key role with regard to digital campaigns for clients in UK and Ireland - from initial creative concepts to ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, hitting and exceeding targets along the way. As a Journalism Graduate, editorial skills come naturally to Kara. Former roles prior to coming to the fundraising sector include Reporter and Acting Editor for various events and music publications across England and Wales.
